Stop worrying about your website! This service is for you if you like to make small updates to your website month to month, but would rather have somebody else deal with it.

We can discuss what you need help with and come to a custom quote. You can resume normal maintenance after if you desire.
What if I need a lot of work done?

HOW IT WORKS
Prep work
After we decided we are going to work together I will send you a questionnaire to fill out. This includes questions like 'what is your ideal client, why do you think your website or branding it's not working anymore, etc.'
After you fill out the form, you will schedule a call with me and we will go over the results in more detail and discuss any and all problems/concerns you may have before I begin the design process.
You will also be expected to make the full or first payment before I begin the design phase.
approval
This is where the fun starts! I design things in a specific order, and will be getting your feedback a long the way. You should be available for questions during the week.
We will typically communicate through Facebook chat since that is quicker than sending emails. However, I will send a daily email at the end of the day letting you know the progress. We will jump on a Zoom call, if needed.
After the brand identity or website has been approved you will send over the final payment, if you have one. Once that is finalized I will send over any files or other info you may need.
For branding identity packages:
If you have any questions that come up, such as how to implement certain colors or fonts I will be happy to answer your questions.
If you purchased a website package, then we will begin that the following week.
For website packages:
You will get a month or aftercare support and receive educational videos about updating your website.
